Formed in 1998 by husband and wife animation team Mike and Liz Young and their friend Bill Schultz, after Mike Young closed his previous company Kalato Studios. Headquartered in Los Angeles, the studios production facilities are overseas in Merthyr Mawr, Wales. The studio was acquired by Moonscoop Group in 2005.
